SOLD!

Yes, that's right...our house is officially sold! We went and closed on it earlier today. I still can't believe it! Now if we could just buy the house that we are waiting and hoping for. I am just sick of the bank/PMI group not giving us an answer. Hopefully soon we will have some good news on that house. We are going to be moving in with my Mom and stepdad in the meantime. Hopefully we aren't there for long. It is going to be a huge adjustment for all of us. I am just so thankful that they are willing to let us move in and even bring the dog. That was our biggest dilemma when looking for places to rent. No one wants any pets. I kind of understand...but it doesn't make it easy for people like us looking to rent.

So Sorry...

It has been a long time since my last post. Our life is quite busy and stressful right now. We are going to be moving afterall. There were a few bumps along the way with the buyer's financing...but I think that we are good to go now. I talked with my lawyer today and we should know a closing date soon. I just can't believe that this is happening! We put in an offer on a house yesterday, but it is a short sale so we aren't sure if/when we will hear back from the bank. Jeremy and I absolutely love the house and are hoping that it all works out. It is in the town where he grew up...so he is pretty excited that our kids could go to school where he did. Cross your fingers for us. Well I am off to go pack some more boxes. Yay! Have a great week!

Fun 4th Weekend

We had such a busy, but fun weekend! We started off the weekend by taking Kaden to the zoo on Friday morning. We got there right when it opened. The zoo has a new kids area that just opened a few weeks ago so of course we had to check that out. Kaden loved that! Here are some pics of the zoo...

Friday night we went to our friends house to watch the fireworks. Kaden only cared to watch about half of them and then he decided that he wanted to continue to watch his movie in the garage. He felt like he was at the movie theatre with the seats that they have in their garage.

Saturday night we went to another friend's house and watched more fireworks and had a bonfire and cookout. Here is the huge bonfire...

Then on Sunday we went to my uncle's house. Kaden fed the fish, went swimming and even caught a large mouth bass.

It was such a fun weekend! Hopefully this weekend coming up won't be so busy. Hope everyone enjoyed their holiday weekend! :o)

For Sale

We put our house on the market two years ago right after we got married. We left it on the market for a year and had no luck. We decided recently that we were going to try again to sell our house. Would you believe that we had it on the market for a week and a half and we have already gotten an offer?!?! We accepted the offer...so now we are just waiting to see if all the financing goes through. Hopefully we will be moving out of here in about a month or so! I can't believe that this is actually happening!

Jeremy believes that we are not supposed to have another baby in this house. Maybe he is right. I know that everything happens for a reason...so maybe this is the reasoning behind both miscarriages. I absolutely love our house and I am going to miss it terribly. It is our first house and it is the only house Kaden has ever known. It was a disaster when we bought it and we have done so much to it. It is going to be hard to leave...but it is also going to be exciting to move into a bigger house so that we have more room to expand our family. Hopefully I will post soon with a closing date. Wish us luck!

Lab Results

I got my results today from all the blood work I had done last Monday and Tuesday. Everything came back just fine. I am not sure of all the tests that my doc had me tested for...but my main concerns were with the thyroid and homo cysteine. I am relieved that everything came back normal...but at the same time I was kind of hoping that some level would be off just so that I could chalk up both miscarriages to that. I guess that my doc was right when she said that she feels that it was a fluke that I had two miscarriages back to back.

Hope everyone has a great weekend! Jeremy and I are home together all weekend with the little man. We went to see UP tonight in 3-D. It was awesome! We have a few other fun things planned too! It doesn't happen very often that Jeremy isn't working a Saturday, so we are taking full advantage of him being home for three full days! :o)

Happy Anniversary Jeremy!

I cannot believe that we have already been married for two years! At times it feels like we have been together forever. I guess that it has been since we were 18. Time sure does fly! I just wanted to let you know that I cannot imagine where I would be without you. You are the best husband and father that I could have ever wished for. I just love that Kaden and I come before anything else in your life. You always consider Kaden and I in every decision that you make...even the small decisions. I just can't wait to have more children with you! Hopefully our time will be soon! Sorry that this is one day late...but I think that you know how crazy our week has been...and it is only Tuesday. I figured that it is better late than never.

Party, Party!

Today was a very busy day! We started off the day by going to my niece's 5th birthday party. It was a lot of fun! It was such a beautiful day to have a party outside. We had to leave her party early in order to get to my cousin's graduation party. When we pulled up Kaden was asleep...but he was soon awake looking at a huge inflatable jungle gym. He spent the entire time we were there on this thing. I even talked him into racing me. He didn't want to at first...but once we did it one time he wanted to keep racing me.
